Chief Executive Officer, Area Agency on Aging 1-B
Tina Abbate Marzolf is the Chief Executive Officer of the Area Agency on Aging 1-B (AAA 1-B). Abbate Marzolf, who holds a Master of Science in Administration degree from Central Michigan University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, has worked at the AAA 1-B since 1992. First as a Community Planner and most recently, as the Director of Contracted and Purchased Services. Over her many years at the AAA 1-B, Abbate Marzolf has been instrumental in the development of several key programs, including the agency's award winning out of home respite program and America's first Affordable Assisted Living Program.
Jan Dolan

Jan Dolan has been a member of the AAA 1-B Board of Directors since 1998. A state representative from 1989 to 1996, and former member of the Farmington Hills City Council from 1976 to 1988, including Mayor of Farmington Hills in 1978 and 1985, Jan has been a strong advocate for older adults and persons with disabilities. Dolan has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Akron, and worked for the Akron General Hospital for several years before moving to Michigan and accepting the position of Administrator for Orchard Hills Adult Day Center. In addition to the AAA 1-B Board of Directors, Dolan serves on many other local boards including Botsford Commons, Oakland County Community College Foundation, and the Boys and Girls Republic. She is also a member of the Planned Parenthood State Advisory Board, the Farmington Hills Police Advisory Board and sits on the Farmington Hills Beautification Commission. An active member of the Farmington Area Rotary Club, Dolan has retired from many years of service on the Oakland County Mental Health Board and the Farmington YMCA.
